Artists keep copyright in their own work. You must have the rights necessary to upload anything you post. If you believe work on Truth Focal infringes your copyright, please contact us with a link to the work and details of your rights, and we will review it.

Permitted

• Human-created artwork
• AI-assisted artwork
• AI-generated artwork
• Horror and macabre artwork
• Fictional violence
• Profanity used legitimately in artistic expression
• Non-pornographic artistic nudity
• Controversial artistic subject matter

Prohibited

• Copyright infringement or plagiarism
• Pornography or sexual exploitation
• Any sexual content involving minors
• Extreme real-world gore or graphic actual death
• Credible threats or encouragement of serious violence
• Hate or targeted harassment
• Unlawful intimate or deepfake imagery
• Content encouraging or instructing serious self-harm
• Any other unlawful content

How we apply this

The same standards apply to human-created and AI-generated work. Artistic, historical, documentary and satirical context is taken into account when we review content.

Reporting and moderation

Signed-in users can report artwork. Every report is reviewed by a human administrator — reported work is not deleted automatically simply because it was reported. We may hide or remove work, and suspend or terminate accounts, for serious or repeated breaches of this policy.
